On Thursday 17th April, the team hosted a brilliant Easter Bonanza at St Aldhelm’s Church Hall in Branksome, bringing together clients and care teams for an afternoon of fun and community spirit.
The event featured a delicious cream tea, a game of Bingo, and even a surprise visit from the Easter Bunny, who delivered plenty of smiles (and chocolate eggs!) to everyone. Every detail was carefully planned by the team, who are passionate about creating moments that matter for the people they support in their community.
Free transport was provided to ensure that every client who wanted to attend could do so with ease. It’s gestures like this that show just how deeply the team cares about their clients’ wellbeing, not just day-to-day, but in those special moments too.
“Our Easter event was such a lovely way to bring clients, care professionals and our wider community together,” said Rachael Dormer, Registered Manager of GoodOaks Bournemouth and Poole. “We love putting on events like this – it’s these moments of togetherness that make what we do so special.”
At GoodOaks, we’re all about delivering exceptional care and genuine companionship. The Bournemouth and Poole office continues to embody what it means to care with compassion, creativity, and community.
A huge thank you to Rachael and the entire team for making this Easter celebration such a success – we can’t wait to see what you plan next!
