Join our caring team
Founded by care professionals, we are a company that understands the hopes and ambitions of the caring people who are the backbone of this sector.
Our employees are our greatest asset, and we provide them with generous conditions and work hard to support their careers.
We understand that our company cannot realise its full potential unless each and every member of our team is realising theirs. That is why we invest substantially in staff training and development. It is why we launched the GoodOaks Academy, which provides a wealth of training materials, videos and guidance resources to increase our care professionals skills and potential.

Find out more about working with GoodOaks
You don’t need any previous experience to become a visiting care professional. We believe that anyone can learn the skills to be a care professional and that actually what’s more important than having experience is having the right attitude. When we hire, we look to find people that are passionate and enthusiastic about helping to change the lives of our clients and someone that shares our PRIDE values. We can teach you everything you need to get started, or retrain as a care professional, and we can help you progress that career as well, but we cannot teach a caring nature and passion. We believe that learning and training is a life-long process and that’s why our team support has lots of additional courses you can do to ensure that you always feel confident and supported.
