After four years of hard work, dedication, and balancing a full-time role, Julie has successfully completed her Bachelor’s degree with honours in Health and Social Care. This marks an important milestone in her personal and professional journey, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to celebrate this accomplishment with her.
Julie’s commitment to her studies while managing the daily responsibilities of leading our branch in South Kent is truly inspiring. Earning a 2:1 degree is no small feat, especially when juggling the demands of a leadership role, which Julie has done with determination and hard work.
This achievement will undoubtedly have a positive impact on our business, our staff, and most importantly, the clients we serve. With a deeper knowledge of the complexities of health and social care, Julie is equipped with even more insight and skills to lead our team in providing the highest quality of care possible. Her expertise will further enhance the training and development of our dedicated staff, ensuring that we continue to meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients.
