I have experience working with adults with complex needs and previously helped set up a Community Support service for adults with Asperger’s Syndrome. I am passionate about helping our community and ensuring that the team is meeting the standards of CQC and delivering tailored care of each of our clients.

I previously worked as a care professional for GoodOaks before joining the office team as the Live-in Care Coordinator and have recently been promoted to Manager. I love working in the care industry and it’s lovely to know that you’re helping someone stay in their own home for as long as possible.

I love being a Care Coordinator as it gives me the opportunity to engage with both clients and care professionals meaning I am able to met both of their needs and keep every one happy whilst completing my day to day tasks.
