I have experience working with adults with complex needs and previously helped set up a Community Support service for adults with Asperger’s Syndrome. I am passionate about helping our community and ensuring that the team is meeting the standards of CQC and delivering tailored care of each of our clients.

I have been in the care industry for many years, working as a carer in a day centre and then moving to a residential home where I worked my way up to becoming the Manager. I was previously a Team Leader at GoodOaks before becoming an administrator at the Bournemouth and Poole office with a recent promotion to Client Liaison. I love working in care, supporting people and helping them achieve their goals.

I have worked in the care sector for over 10 years in a variety of settings such as dementia nursing homes, domiciliary care for adults with both physical and mental health needs, as well as a boarding school for children with autism. I love training the new members of our team and getting to see their confidence grow.

Having previously worked as a Live-in Care professional for GoodOaks I was excited to join the office team to support the function of the office on a day-to-day basis. I really enjoy working in the care sector and I’m excited to get to know the teams, clients and their families.

Working closely with the branch team, Jacqui will be the face of recruitment for GoodOaks. Sourcing candidates, holding initial interviews and general recruitment administration.
