This month we are welcoming new franchise partners Marilou Apa and Maricel Trinidad to the network. The pair are now fully CQC registered with a new branch now open in West Sussex. They will cover the Horsham and Crawley area including Broadbridge Heath, Faygate, Strood Green, Rusper and the surrounding areas.
They will provide quality Visiting and Live-in Care throughout the local community.
Marilou and Maricel have been friends for two decades and are both qualified, fully registered nurses with over 20+ years experience each. They have an in-depth knowledge of the sector and their combined expertise in care, stands them in good stead with their new venture.
In 2017, after having children and wanting more flexibility around childcare and family life, the caring pair set up a recruitment business, providing temporary nursing and healthcare staff within private nursing placements as well as private and NHS hospitals.
Earlier this year, they were introduced to an existing GoodOaks franchise partner via a mutual friend and their conversations began from there. They soon recognised that the recruitment side of their new business was already there, they saw the need in the community and felt they could make a huge contribution utilising their experience in healthcare. They also felt a real connection with the GoodOaks values and principles and fast forward a few months, Marilou and Maricel are welcoming new clients!
