The green award celebrates the best businesses in the local area and in GoodOaks case, celebrates their commitment to care and environmentally friendly practices.
We are the only carbon neutral homecare provider in the UK as we do as much as we can to protect our planet from poisonous emissions. We do this by offsetting our carbon emissions and involve ourselves in tree planting projects across the country.
To date, we have offset 364 tonnes of CO2e.
This event brings together local businesses for a day of networking, inspiration, and information. It includes a variety of speakers, exhibitors, and opportunities for attendees to connect and engage with the Sussex business community.
The event also hosts local business awards across six categories, such as Best Business, Employer of the Year, and Green Award, which recognise outstanding achievements in areas like growth, innovation, environmental contributions, and employee dedication. GoodOaks are sponsoring the Employer of the Year category!
The awards ceremony will take place on 10th October at Hickstead Showground, where the award will be presented by none other than Tom Evans!
