Following a significant pay increase and reorganisation in October last year, GoodOaks have again increased the rates it pays visiting home carers to make it the leading homecare agency in the Bournemouth and Poole conurbation.

From April this year, people working in GoodOaks’ Care Assistant jobs in Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch are receiving a pay increase of nearly 6%, to make the minimum amount GoodOaks pays £8.50 an hour, up to £10.50 an hour during peak times during the week and weekend.
Peak times include before 9am and after 5pm Monday to Friday and all weekend. Bank holidays remain double-time, therefore up to £21 an hour, and mileage is paid at 35 pence per mile.
Staff benefits also remain; such as free gym membership and AA breakdown cover including Home Start.
