Over the Christmas period, Rosemary was supported by branch owners Jan and Alan, who provided reliable and thoughtful care throughout the festive season. Their approach helped ensure that day to day routines continued smoothly at a time of year that can feel particularly busy or disruptive.
Rosemary also shared her appreciation for the small but meaningful gestures that helped make Christmas feel familiar and enjoyable. Festive gifts, including French cheeses, shortbread and mince pies, were very much appreciated and added to her celebrations.
