At GoodOaks Mid Cheshire we are proud to introduce our new chaplaincy service, led by our dedicated team leader Liz, a commissioned chaplain with a heart for serving her community.
Liz has been a commissioned chaplain since September 2024, endorsed by Middlewich community church. With nearly 30 years of leadership experience in local churches and full ministerial status with the Assemblies of God since 2015, Liz brings a wealth of experience in pastoral care, spiritual guidance, and community support.
Her journey into the care sector in 2023 opened her eyes to a growing need, with many clients, once active members of their congregations, having become housebound and lost their spiritual connections. Seeing their need for faith-based companionship, Liz felt compelled to act. She believes that spiritual well-being is just as vital as physical and emotional care, and is passionate about delivering person-centred spiritual support to those in need.
