Step into your interview with confidence
We understand that going to an interview can be a daunting experience for some people. We've put together some frequently asked questions to help you feel ready for your interview.
We strive to make our interview process as smooth and transparent as possible.
Whether you’re preparing for your first interview or looking for more information about our hiring process, we’ve got you covered. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Preparing for your interview
If you need to re-arrange or cancel your interview, please let us know as soon as possible by email or give us a call and we will happily try our best to accommodate you.
Please just let us know by calling or emailing us and we will try to accommodate you, or we will connect you with a recruiter to discuss rescheduling.
Please dress in a smart/casual manner, ideally as smart as possible. It’s always great to look professional and well presented.
Please take some time to learn more about us and ideally prepare at least a couple of questions you’d like to ask. It’s a two way process and we want to ensure you get to know us as well as the other way around.
Just yourself please, we’ll ask for certain documents and any proof of right to work, qualifications etc. further on in the process.
This interview is designed to give you the opportunity to demonstrate to us whether you have the qualities and skills required for the job. You will be asked to provide specific examples of how you have previously demonstrated these. They can be in relation to activities undertaken in work or socially, but these specific examples must relate to something you actually did. The answers you give will be used as a basis for whether you are selected to move forward. All candidates are considered on merit and our procedures safeguard against any individual bias.
Should you require any adjustments to be made to enable you to attend the interview, please get in touch via email or telephone to ensure we can accommodate you.
At the interview, we’ll give you an indication of when a decision is likely to be made, or your recruitment contact will be in touch with you within one week to give you feedback or an update.
