New Manager for GoodOaks Homecare Aylesbury

The company have now taken on a new manager Lauren Bown-Wylie, to help them to become the go-to provider of quality care in Aylesbury. Lauren has worked within the sector for many years and is passionate about the quality of care that is delivered. She got into to care when one of her family fell ill and she supported looking after him.
Lauren says, “this put me on the path of care and made me realise that I wanted to take this further. I worked my way up from being a carer to supervisor, where I was meeting families and building person-centred care plans.”
Lauren has a wealth of experience and will be using all her knowledge and understanding, to make a real difference to people’s lives and promote independence.
