GoodOaks Reading and West Berks honours the Suicide Prevention Day

We are thrilled to share that the have made it through to the finals of the prestigious In House Recruitment awards, within the category ‘Onboarding Strategy’
The IHR is the largest, most inclusive community of in-house recruiters and enables employees to connect, learn and grow within the Talent Adquisition space. The branch was up against some stiff competition within the category and the bar was high!
At GoodOaks we pride ourselves on the way we connect and treat candidates. This nomination stood to prove that.
As part of their nomination, they had to show that they had outstanding practise in the following areas:
- Interview, background checks and communication
- Onboarding, meeting, training and welcome
- Post training support and integration
- Ongoing support and communication
The team also had to evidence their achievements, and present positive feedback from candidates with stats to prove retention rates. All of which highlighted what a fantastic job their team is doing in enhancing candidate experience and maintaining a friendly and professional onboarding experience, scoring an impressive NPS score of 96/100.
