At GoodOaks Mid Cheshire, we believe in the power of connection.
This Valentine’s Day, we hosted a warm and welcoming Coffee Morning at Lostock Gralam Church Hall to bring our elderly community together.
A Day of Celebration and Connection
On Friday, February 14th, our event offered a cosy setting where seniors could enjoy a delightful morning. Guests were treated to:
- Freshly brewed coffee and delicious cakes
- Heart-warming performances by the local church choir
- A beautiful red rose for each guest as a symbol of love
Tackling loneliness through community
We know that loneliness is a significant challenge for many older adults. Our Coffee Morning was designed to combat this by offering a space where:
- Clients can share stories and laughter
- New friendships are formed
- Families and community members come together
Our Commitment to Quality Care
At GoodOaks, our mission goes beyond providing essential care services. We strive to create meaningful connections within our community. Our approach includes both live-in care and visiting homecare services that ensure our clients receive the companionship and support they deserve.
We’re proud to be part of an initiative that not only celebrates the season but also supports the well-being of our elderly residents.
