You may have noticed in the local news recently, that it is becoming an increasingly challenging time for the High Street. Large chain stores and closing meaning many face job losses with little to no notice.
In light of this the local branch, based in Ferndown, are offering those worried about their job security, the opportunity to interview for a care professional role the same day. The interview will be an informal phone call and is guaranteed on the same day that the enquiry is made.
Branch Director Sam Jones commented: “ With many businesses closing, It’s a very uncertain time for a lot of people in our local area and will inevitably be causing a great deal of concern for what the coming months may hold. We want to make their next steps as simple as possible and in turn, hopefully we can secure some of those people a new role within our growing team.”
