“The recruitment and retention award” highlights organisations that demonstrate excellence in attracting, developing and supporting high quality care teams.

From supporting clients to regain confidence and independence, to creating meaningful moments of joy and providing exceptional support to staff, the shortlisted entries reflected the positive impact the team makes every day.
