The team was rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for being safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led, with inspectors confirming the service is “performing well and meeting our expectations.”
This is a fantastic achievement and reflects the dedication, compassion and professionalism of the team delivering high-quality homecare in Sussex.
A caring and person-centred approach
The report highlights the positive experiences of people receiving care, with clients and their families sharing kind feedback about the support they receive.
People described carers as “kind, helpful and listened to,” and said they felt safe and respected. They were also supported to make decisions about their care and maintain their independence.
