The branch, which provides visiting and live-in homecare across the Isle of Wight, was rated ‘Good’ in all five areas: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led.
This is a fantastic achievement for the team just two and a half years after the branch was established.
The branch is owned and run by husband and wife team Camelia Gogoasa and Florin Moise, who set out to provide high quality, compassionate care that helps people remain safe and independent in their own homes and within their local community.
With a background in care, Camelia understands first-hand the importance of maintaining high standards and delivering the very best support to every client.
The CQC report highlighted the positive experiences of people receiving care and their families. Inspectors noted that people consistently reported positive experiences of the service, describing staff as kind, gentle and supportive.
