Now officially open and welcoming clients, Jack brings a wealth of frontline medical experience, deep local knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality visiting and live-in care across Maidenhead, Windsor, and the surrounding areas.
Jack’s journey into care began when he moved to the UK from Ireland and embarked on a degree in Adult Nursing. His passion for supporting people through difficult and vulnerable moments has driven his entire career.
He has served as an A&E Nurse, working substantively at Croydon University Hospital and across various emergency departments through agency roles. This experience gave him unparalleled insight into the challenges faced by individuals and families during health crises.
Jack then progressed into a role as an Ambulance Nurse with South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS), based at Wexham Station in Slough. Working four days and nights a week on the frontline, he witnessed firsthand the growing care needs of our ageing population. Supporting older adults in emergency situations highlighted the importance of continuity, compassion, and quality in community-based care services.
These experiences inspired Jack’s transition into homecare:“Every shift reinforced how essential reliable, personalised care is for older people. I knew I wanted to be part of a service that truly makes a difference in people’s day-to-day lives.”
