You’ll work with our experienced independent business coach to draft your initial business plan, which you can use to gain funding if necessary. Once you’re up and running, you’ll benefit from regular review meetings to check performance is meeting projections. We’ll help you to set objectives that work for you and are closely aligned to your goals.

Our high growth workshop is part of the GoodOaks Franchising start-up training and focuses on hitting the ground running with your business.

The workshop includes strategies for finding and building mutually beneficial relationships with key referrers, ensuring your marketing activity is driving enquiries, and ensuring you have a robust recruitment plan to keep up with the growth of your business.

The focus of this workshop is getting your business to the point of breaking even as soon as possible by working on, rather than in, your care business.

As we still run GoodOaks Homecare directly using the same model as our franchise partners we fully understand the challenges facing businesses in a fast-changing world – as well as the opportunities.
