The Home Care Awards pursue examples of expertise of companies providing homecare in the UK and look to celebrate teams who are making a difference and raising standards across the board. The competition was fierce so to get to the finals is a great achievement. Not only emphasising our current aims, but our future plans and ambitions for GoodOaks as a whole.
The categories are as follows:
Live-in Care Expertise: Our work has seen the service grow by 50% in one year, with record satisfaction scores and improved outcomes across the service.
Nutrition and Hydration Expertise: 2023 saw collaborations with universities on research projects and other groundbreaking projects to upskill the care sector.
Training and Development: Using our care expertise to deliver targeted learning to help people across the sector and those who are caring for a loved one with no experience in care
Team Support Expertise: Our strategy is to focus on quality, rather than quantity, of locations, with fewer, larger, locations that we can support fully.
Director Ben Ashton commented “Being nominated across four categories is just brilliant – It reaffirms the immense impact of The GoodOaks Way and how we are striving to create the next generation of homecare provider built on partnership, innovation and a deeply held commitment to transform the lives of families across the UK.”
