We are proud to announce that GoodOaks has won the prestigious title at the 2023 Leaders in Care Awards.
Holding their position amongst many other entrants, GoodOaks Homecare went on to secure the highly sought after win.
Their 2023 efforts have involved a number of exciting projects within the community and beyond including, a free E-Learning programme via the GoodOaks Academy and a collaboration with a local university study of nutritional care for people living with dementia at home.
The UK’S first Carbon Neutral homecare company have also have gone one step further than offsetting, with the launch of a pilot of Urban Mobility Objects. These UMOs are technically not cars but quads, powered by electricity and initially for use as transport for their office teams to travel to client assessments, reviews, support visits and more. As part of this project, they are putting electric charging points at their head offices for use by their care professionals in the hope of rolling this our across the network in due course.
