We are delighted to reach the final four of the Skills for Care Accolades Awards in the category of “Best Employer of Under 50 Staff”.
The Accolades reward adult social care organisations who deliver high quality care, providing an opportunity to recognise the great work being done in the sector.
Skills for Care visited the GoodOaks office in Poole to interview staff and observe good practice before selecting GoodOaks as the only home care provider to make it into the final four.
