We are delighted to announce the official launch of our newest branch – GoodOaks Northwood and Ruislip, now fully CQC registered and ready to welcome new clients.
The team will be providing our award-winning visiting and live-in care services to individuals and families throughout Northwood, Ruislip, Eastcote, Ickenham and the surrounding communities.
The branch is owned and run by local resident Nitika Sujit, who draws on a background in marketing, research, and customer-focused service for a group of hotels. Nitika’s passion for delivering exceptional service, combined with GoodOaks’ robust support framework, has given her the confidence and enthusiasm to begin her journey in care.
Nitika explains: “I’ve always been passionate about making a meaningful difference, and homecare felt like the right place to do that. There is a real opportunity to provide exceptional, person-centred care to people in our local community, helping them feel supported, valued and safe in their own homes. I’m excited to build a service that families can truly rely on.”
With increasing demand for high-quality homecare and a growing ageing population, Nitika saw a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in her community.
