Last Tuesday, my slack feed suddenly was filled with hippo emojis.

Our Training Lead had posted her weekly best-practice tip, but at the end, she’d included an Easter Egg for those who’d read all the way down; the first five people who replied with a hippo emoji would receive a mystery prize.
Suddenly everyone was posting hippos and that got more people checking what on earth was going on. It was great, a fun way of engaging people, rather than nagging people to give a 👍 when they’ve read the message.
