An update from GoodOaks HQ

We thought we’d share a bit about what’s been going on at GoodOaks HQ:

• National private healthcare partnership to create GoodOaks Virtual GP – A complimentary benefit for our clients and their families – a sector-first and a genuinely impactful and unique feature of our service.

• Major awards win – Probably the biggest award win we’ve ever had was picking up the big one at the bfa HSBC British Franchise Association awards – Franchisor of the Year – Expanding.

• 5* Franchise Satisfaction award – Equally as important as this one is based on the anonymous feedback of our franchise partners. We’re a 5* network and above national benchmarking across the board, particularly in culture and ethos.

• Record-breaking enquiry levels – October saw our largest number of care leads ever generated across our network, leading to a very busy few weeks for our partners.

• Franchise resales – we’ve had three transactions internally that were not publicised externally, so if you are in the market for a resale, please do make yourself known as you never know what’ might be in your area.

• National partnerships for both lead generation and care pro recruitment to be announced shortly too
