The award forms part of the Elite Franchise EF100, which recognises the most innovative and impactful franchise brands across the UK. The winners will be announced at a national awards ceremony taking place in March 2026 in London.
This shortlisting recognises the collective impact of our network throughout 2025 and our continued commitment to building stronger, healthier communities. From introducing Virtual GP access and free digital health checks for our clients, to expanding our Social Circles programme that helps reduce loneliness and isolation, community wellbeing sits at the heart of everything we do.
The judges also recognised our ongoing HSU collaboration, alongside our charity partnerships with Dementia UK and Julia’s House Children’s Hospice, which continues to make a meaningful difference to families across the UK and locally in Dorset, where GoodOaks was founded.
Ben Ashton, Founder of GoodOaks Homecare, said:“Being shortlisted for this award is a huge achievement for our Franchise Partners and teams. Community building is central to the GoodOaks Way and this recognition reflects the passion, care and commitment shown across our network every single day.”
The Community Builder of the Year Award celebrates franchise brands that demonstrate genuine social impact, inclusive leadership and long term commitment to their people and communities.
We are incredibly proud of what our franchise partners have achieved and look forward to representing the GoodOaks Homecare network at the EF100 Awards in March.
