Would you like a home care job where you’re paid from the moment you are available, during your gaps between clients, while you’re travelling, and while at the client? And all at the same, high rate?
Then our market-leading guaranteed hours contract might be for you. You’d need to commit to sticking to the same availability on a two-weekly rolling rota, including working the same pattern every second weekend that you do during the week.
Our guaranteed hours rate is £9.10ph throughout your agreed availability, regardless of what visits you are doing that day. For example, if you’re available from 7am, but your first visit is at 8am, you’d still be paid for the hour you are available, but can stay at home until you need to leave for your first visit.
Any work outside the contracted availability is paid at our flexible pay rates; between £10.80 and £14ph per visit, depending on experience and time of the day.

7am – 11am
7am – 2pm
2pm – 10pm
4pm – 10m
6pm – 10pm
(including a mix of the above)
What we are looking for:

– No prior experience required, as full, paid training is provided.
