Good Oaks are looking for Full-time Home Carers to join our friendly and valued teams in Poole and Bournemouth.

Our Carers help clients to be independent and happy at home by helping with meal preparation, medication administration, personal care and providing companionship.

Although care experience and qualifications are desirable, they are not essential as full, paid training is provided before you start.

Our Flexible Hours Pay Bands are split into Peak and Off-Peak rates. Peak times are before 9am during the week, and throughout weekends:

Band A (New Starter, less than 18 months’ experience): Peak: £12.00ph and Off-Peak: £10.50ph

Band B (NVQ/QCF2, 18 months’ experience or one year with Good Oaks): £12.50ph and £10.65ph

Band C (NVQ/QCF3 and/or three years’ experience): £13.00ph and £10.80ph

Successful applicants will be asked to go through an enhanced police (DBS) check and provide two references. A driving licence and full use of own vehicle is required for this position. Mornings start around 7am and finish at 11am or 2pm. We ask everyone to work either alternate weekends or every Saturday or every Sunday (normal shift) as we provide care seven days a week.
