NationalCareers Week (2 – 9 March) is all about careers education and helping people find careers that they will love.
At Good Oaks, we employ caring, compassionate people who want to make a difference in their community. We employ people of varying ages and from all walks of life, who have one thing in common: their commitment to providing high quality care.
Our Carers visit people in their own homes, helping them to stay safe in the place they love best. We work hard to enable our clients, ensuring they have help to go about their daily lives as they want to.
We employ Full- and Part-time Visiting Carers, who visit people in their homes for scheduled calls, and Full-time Live-In Carers, who live with clients in their homes and provide care.
We work hard to ensure we offer career progression opportunities and ongoing training and development at Good Oaks to ensure our carers are always improving their skills and knowledge.
We always recruit from within first when appointing our Care Team Leaders. The Care Team Leader role involves managing a team of Carers, working with clients to ensure care plans and notes remain up-to-date and are completely aligned with the needs of our clients.
We are currently recruiting for Visiting Carers and Live-In Carers across our network.
