Good Oaks Home Care welcomes three new team members
Good Oaks Home Care, based in Poole, has hired three new team members to help its expanding operation after a successful year for the company.
The Dorset company, which also has franchised offices in Reading, Sussex, the New Forest and Derby among others, provides home care visits and live-in care for elderly patients, so they can continue to live happily and safely within their own homes for as long as possible.
Founded in 2011, by friends Darius Mitkus and Ben Ashton, Good Oaks believes in creating the best teams to provide outstanding care by valuing, developing and rewarding the caring people that work with them – embracing the PRIDE values of Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Empathy.
The Franchise Support Office team in Poole has just taken on three new recruits to provide enhanced support to the team as they expand. The franchising company has seen a hugely successful year with five new offices opening and a sixth on the way. Joining the Head Office team is Claire Jackson, who is the new Care Manager. In her previous home care manager role, she achieved consecutive ‘Outstanding’ ratings from her last two CQC inspections.
The new Live-In Care Manager is Beata Roberts. Beata is also a chartered physiotherapist and used to work supporting a project with a US company that provided exo-skeleton suits for people that couldn’t walk. And finally, Pavlina Jordan joins the team as Project Coordinator for the franchise side of the business, she will be in charge of helping new franchisees start up.
Good Oaks co-founders Ben Ashton and Darius Mitkus said: “Welcoming Claire, Beata and Pavlina into our team has been fantastic – we believe they have an incredibly strong skill sets that will really drive Good Oaks home care forward, while continuing to provide the highest level of care and support for our clients and franchisee teams. This year has been tough for so many people, and we are incredibly proud of the way our teams have been able to be there for our clients, ensuring they have peace of mind knowing they are getting the best care. Claire, Beata and Pavlina will only help us make this experience even better, so we are delighted to welcome them into the team.”
The award-winning Good Oaks home care teams have pulled together through the Pandemic to provide safe, kind and empathetic care to their clients and have consistently gone above and beyond for each other.
