Nitika\u2019s passion for delivering exceptional service, combined with GoodOaks\u2019 robust support framework, has given her the confidence and enthusiasm to begin her journey in care.<\/p>\n<p>Nitika explains: &#8220;I\u2019ve always been passionate about making a meaningful difference, and homecare felt like the right place to do that. There is a real opportunity to provide exceptional, person-centred care to people in our local community, helping them feel supported, valued and safe in their own homes. I\u2019m excited to build a service that families can truly rely on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>With increasing demand for high-quality homecare and a growing ageing population, Nitika saw a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in her community.<\/p>\n<p>She shares: \u201cWith the elderly population increasing and shifts in family structures, more people need reliable, compassionate support at home.
