We celebrate the International Women’s Day 2025.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Our female franchise partners are not only successful business owners but also compassionate leaders who ensure high-quality care for those who need it most. Many of them balance the demands of running a thriving care business with family commitments, all of which showcases their passion for making a difference.<\/span><\/p>\n

The women in our care teams go above and beyond to support individuals in their communities, offering comfort, dignity, and companionship. Their work changes lives, and their dedication allows elderly individuals to remain cared for in the homes they love, for as long as possible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

Two examples of female franchise partners to be celebrated within our network are <\/span>Camelia Gogoasa, who started her GoodOaks Homecare franchise on the Isle of Wight in 2023. In just one year, Camelia has grown her franchise to such impressive size that her expansion has necessitated a larger office space and the creation of additional roles within her team.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There is also Shaz. <\/span>Shaz took on a GoodOaks franchise in 2023 and hasn\u2019t looked back. Having previously worked as a driving instructor, she had no previous experience in care or franchising. She has given her all to her franchise in Bedford, and the business is thriving. They have exceeded their business goals for their first year by 20% and out of 25 GoodOaks branches her branch is the second most visited webpage after the flagship branch which has been running for over a decade!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Whether they are providing hands-on support, managing a team, or growing a business committed to care excellence, their impact across our network is immeasurable.<\/span><\/p>\n
