Last week, we hosted our largest ever annual conference in Berkshire. It was a fantastic opportunity to gather our care teams and franchise partners from across the country to celebrate, learn and network. We met at The Swan at Streatley, a beautiful hotel on the banks of the river Thames. It\u2019s been a really strong year for us as a brand, with 6 new franchise partners onboarded in 2023, all of which are now up and running with full CQC registration.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Among the keynote speakers was <\/span>Katie Furey<\/span><\/a>, a leading expert in Health and Social Care with 10 years experience in the sector. Katie delivered an engaging presentation covering topics such as franchisee goals, objectives and growth mindset. It was flowing with practical, actionable advice on <\/span>overcoming challenges to growth. <\/span>The afternoon session was split into two groups, with workshops for both registered managers and franchise partners to address their individual challenges with sector experts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We also welcomed new franchise partners who will be covering large regions of the UK, with a first operation opening in Northern Ireland, at the end of the year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The day also recognised the dedication and hard work across the board with our much coveted, annual awards ceremony! An opportunity to honour the care teams for their commitment and hard work. For 2024 we called upon an external judging panel, including team members from the well respected Homecare.co.uk.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Announcing the winners were Co-Founders Ben Ashton<\/a> and Darius Mitkus, along with Operations Director, Zoe Kelly<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It was inspiring to see everyone together, the energy, ideas, and collaborations sparked during this event truly showcased the strength of our network.
