Congratulations to\u00a0GoodOaks Homecare – Mid Sussex<\/a>\u00a0for their recent\u00a0Care Quality Commission<\/a>\u00a0report – Good across the board.<\/p>\n

The Inspector said:<\/p>\n

“People said that the registered manager was approachable and listened to them. Staff felt that the\u00a0registered manager was open and they were able to raise any concerns and receive with a good response.\u00a0The vision and values of the organisation were visible within the service and staff were proud to work at the\u00a0service”<\/em><\/p>\n

The Inspector went on to write: “The registered manager and staff demonstrated a sensitive and compassionate approach to protect\u00a0people’s human rights. The registered manager provided equality and diversity training for staff as part of\u00a0their induction programme.”<\/em><\/p>\n
