The engine room of the office, taking on the rotas, handling calls, and looking after both clients and care pros. It is a difficult but important role but our thinking at GoodOaks has changed somewhat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>We\u2019re now proposing a role we\u2019re trialling at our locally owned office in Bournemouth and Poole:&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udd25 Care Pro Experience Manager&nbsp;\ud83d\udd25<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role is all about making sure we have happy, confident, competent teams that can deliver best-in-class care to our clients. Top level, the metrics they\u2019ll impact are recruitment, retention and compliance. Their responsibilities include:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Joining care pro interviews and selling the role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Red-carpet induction process for new care pros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading training, support and competency assessments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mental health first aid and pastoral care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively sourcing and delivering further training and opportunities<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you want to be nosy and see the full job description, just get in touch and we&#8217;ll be happy so share. <\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Already we\u2019ve had countless examples of when this role has retained care pros we may have lost otherwise. This will help you recruit and retain, and free up your RM to focus more on clients and compliance, and you as an owner to focus on recruitment and growing the business.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The important lesson here is not to do something because \u2018that\u2019s always how it\u2019s been done\u2019.
