Fiza Bukhari – Managing Director
Hello! My name is Fiza and I am the Managing Director for Good Oaks (Aylesbury).
I am very passionate about the quality of care my organisation delivers to each client, and I have made it my goal to deliver only the best experience of care for both clients and their families. Seeing what we can achieve to make a difference to our clients lives in a very positive way is a hugely rewarding experience and inspires us to continue to do better.
I strongly believe that quality care starts with the thoughtful selection process during recruitment and the proper training of each and every Good Oaks (Aylesbury) care workers. It protects and enhances the quality of our premium service – the standard of care we would all want for our own loved ones.
Social care has always been a part of my early years growing up in a family where care is provided to our own grandparents and parents by ourselves, the immediate family.
I also have had significant experience working as cabin crew for a well-known international airline. This gave me the opportunity to fully develop my customer service skills, problem-solving and communication skills and caring for individual needs.
In addition to my background in the medical and care sector, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. This provides me with a sound background in some of the general aspects of business and commercial operations.
